10 years as media planner at MediaCom & OMD & then 15 years founding, running & successfully exiting SearchStar. Starting as a one man band we became a highly profitable 75 person PPC & digital media agency. Along the way I enjoyed all the joys & stresses of building teams, winning & losing clients, creating robust processes, building a management team, creating a succession plan & selling an agency. Alongside my agency career I also also co-founded ZapMap, the UK's largest green car charging app, which we sold 51% of to Good Energy PLC. I'm interested in helping smart marketing agencies (especially those with a media skillset) grow sustainably, increase profits and exit successfully.
