I am a Technology, Strategy & Transformation specialist in Marketing Services. One of my colleagues described me as "he thinks differently to everyone else". I have spent the last 15 years helping clients use technology to automate marketing & customer communication processes. We all want to innovate, but we rarely create space in our businesses to make it happen. If you want to innovate, you have to be prepared to fail (some of the time). In fact, if you aren't failing and learning, you aren't really innovating. Are you setup for this ?
