Paddy Moogan

Paddy was co-founder and CEO of Aira, a digital marketing agency, for 10 years before stepping back and exiting in 2024. He took ownership of a few areas, including people and culture, leading to Aira becoming well known and recognised as a great agency to work for. Paddy also took a key role in sales and marketing, often being the "face" of Aira at events before starting to build out the sales and marketing function independently of him. He loves to work with the person behind an agency and is particularly effective at empathising with the personal challenges of running an agency and now works with agency founders to overcome them.
