Paul Woolley

Paul is a vastly experienced senior executive as a COO / CFO / SAO in a $500m+, 21 entity global network. His background is very diverse, commencing his career as a CFO in a number of Public Sector organisations (Health and Government funded) moving into a Marketing Services Agency world that expanded out of a UK centric business and into all developed European markets and further expanded through start-ups in Asia and China which he instigated and developed. This senior network management role had M&A; Sell; Close; Stakeholder management; rectifying underperformance at it's core on a daily basis. Paul has very strong commercial skills and extensive international experience, working in and running professional services and communications- based agencies, complemented by his extensive non- executive experience which places him in a strong place to partner with owners and leaders of organisations to help them understand the issues and opportunities facing a business focusing on all aspects of organisational performance optimisation, with a firm focal point of outcome determination and crystallisation for all stakeholders.
