Susan Hallam MBE

Susan founded digital marketing agency Hallam in 1999, and successfully completed an MBO in 2021. She led her team to be Google's top performing EMEA agency for Growing Businesses Online, and three times winner of The Drum's Grand Prix agency of the year. She was awarded an MBE for her services to enterprise and innovation in the digital industry. She is proud to have "found the escape hatch' - building a leadership team that was competent to take the reigns, and establishing a company financially robust enough to execute her goal of an MBO. With more than 20 years digital expertise, she is now sharing her experience with agencies and startups on marketing and growth strategies.
